Kids Who Sleep More Weigh Less
I read a article came from MSNBC.com. It told about if kids sleep enough are more might weigh less then other who sleep less. The researchers mentioned that, children who have enough sleep are eating less more then other who sleep less because if child doesn’t have enough sleep, it might influence their hormones. In addition,sleeping late might get more chance to eat food then children who sleep enough. So the experts recommend that, younger have to sleep 10 to 11 hours at night. In my opinion, I disagree in this study because I always sleep less for long time, but I didn’t gain weigh because of not sleep enough.
